Configure the local client
- Use Rigbolt's Connect/Configure action for Claude Desktop.
- Rigbolt detects and safely merges its own MCP server entry into the Claude Desktop configuration, making a backup as needed.
- If the existing configuration is invalid, fix the file instead of overwriting unrelated client settings.
- Restart Claude Desktop after configuration. Open a new conversation.

Confirm tools are available
Check Claude Desktop's connected tools for Rigbolt.
Ask for a read-only summary of your selected project.
Return to Rigbolt → Live Sessions to confirm the request was handled locally.
Important — If tools fail to appear, confirm Claude Desktop restarted, the local bridge path still exists and Rigbolt is running.
